In this modern time, the simplistic cause and effect view of disease is unsuccessful in treating the current swell of chronic disease, such as heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more. The new wave of chronic diseases without a specific cause needs newer systems-based approach with multiple targets to make a difference. NEMCON 2024 is aimed to enable its participants to understand the underlying causes of aging and chronic illnesses, the synchronization of genetics, epigenetics and metabolism, to integrate a model of care that accounts for each patient’s individual history, unique genetic makeup, and environmental and lifestyle factors, the role of Hormones, Nutrition and Lifestyle, the importance of nutraceuticals supplementation as well as injectable nutrients and the power of body mind and soul in managing chronic disease. International and local experts will be delivering latest research and innovations in the areas of Omics, Nutrition, Diet, Herbs, Hyperbaric treatment, Hormones, Peptide and Exosome therapy along with other natural measures that are absolutely essential to help heal diseases, achieve health, and maintain wellness using a multi-dimensional approach. This conference and workshop will highlight the role of the environment for the epigenetic expression of genes by combining food, nutrients, herbs and lifestyle measures to optimize health and reverse disease at a cellular level. I trust I will see you in NEMCON 2024 and grow together to create a healthier world! Gut bacteria and positive emotions A new study has found a connection between gut bacteria and positive emotions like happiness and hopefulness. The gut-brain axis is the communication system between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract, and the gut microbiome plays a role in this system. The study found that people who suppressed their emotions had a less diverse gut microbiome, and people who reported happier feelings had lower levels of certain types of bacteria, while people who had more negative emotions had more of these bacteria. The researchers hope to repeat the study with more diverse populations and a more extensive emotional survey to help develop microbiome-based therapeutics like probiotics to improve emotions and well-being. #microbiome, #health, #emotions https://buff.ly/3EXPgw2
