For many of us, this time of year gives us a chance to spend quality time, with family & friends. It also may allow us time to reflect - on our own lives & our desires for the future. I wish everyone, an enjoyable festive season. May the New Year be a positive & enjoyable one.

During this month, take time to reflect on how the year had gone by and make plans for the new year ahead. October is here, which brings some great opportunities to utilize social media for your business page(s)! Planning is key to making the most out of these opportunities. I recommend preparing your content at least 2-4 weeks in advance while allowing some wiggle room for those last-minute adjustments. A solid social media strategy has a plan yet remains adaptable. In working with many of my clients, I typically schedule a mid-point meeting in the prior month to craft a content calendar for the following month. Here's why this proactive approach pays off: 1. Quality Content Takes Time: Crafting compelling content that resonates with your audience requires thought and effort. Planning ahead allows for better content creation. 2. Avoid Last-Minute Stress: Rushing to create posts on the day of the holiday can lead to mistakes and missed opportunities. Planning ahead gives you peace of mind. 3. Engage Your Audience: Consistency is crucial on social media. By planning ahead, you can maintain a steady flow of engaging content and keep your audience interested. 5. Maximize Reach: The earlier you prepare, the more time you have to promote your holiday-themed content, increasing its reach and impact. So, even though October is just beginning, it's never too early to start considering your November calendars. If you want to delve deeper into social media strategy, please visit the Andrew Exler Marketing website at www.AndrewExler.com or message me directly to explore how I can assist you!
It's officially spooky season 👻 Get ready for all the holidays coming this October, and be sure to bookmark this so you don't miss a single day.

Has 2024 been flying by as fast for you as it has for me? It's already June 25th! If you celebrate Christmas that means just 6 more months until the holiday season again. Have you ever explored your relationship with time? Do you rush through life going from one thing to the next? I know I do at times. Or do you sometimes rush to spend time on activities that waste time? Is your calendar mostly filled with things you like doing, things you would rather not, or things you feel you should do? What if you were to be more present and make conscious choices as to how to spend your time? Would that change how fast it's going? These are all things to reflect on. No answer is right or wrong but feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.

Closing one chapter. Gearing up for the next. As I sit at the Thanksgiving table, I find myself swirling in a sea of nostalgia. The past year was a rollercoaster but we climbed every hill, savored every twist, and braced ourselves for the unexpected dips. The echoes of laughter, the shared moments of triumph, and the hush of challenges tackled, all dance in my mind. But when the turkey is carved and the last piece of pumpkin pie disappears, it's time to look ahead. The holiday season is not just about twinkling lights and gifts under the tree. It's an opportunity, a crossroad of sorts. It's the time to take stock, to plan, to dream big for the upcoming year. This year, I choose not to make resolutions. Instead, I will set intentions. An intention for more compassion. An intention for resilience. An intention for growth. As the festive lights twinkle in the chilly winter air, I'm reminded that we're all in this together. Each of us, a single light, contributing to a much larger, breathtaking spectacle. So, as we step into the holiday season and prepare to welcome the New Year, let's not just survive, but thrive. Let's not just dream, but achieve. Let's not just set intentions, but act on them. May the holiday season be a reminder of the power of unity, the strength within us, and the opportunities that await in the year ahead. Who's ready to light up the world with their intentions in the coming year?

Living at the Intersection of Business, Technology & Human Experience | Workplace Transformation | Devoted Husband and Father of 7
“We’re not going to be coming this year. It’s nothing personal. We’ve decided it’s important for us to build holiday traditions here at home with the kids.” I’m pretty sure I was more nervous the first time we delivered that message to our extended families than I’d ever been before. While it wasn’t easy and came with trade offs, it’s proved to be a wise decision for our family. This year my kids were more interested in counting the days until “daddy is done with meetings” than for anything else. While our family’s path isn’t the right one for everyone, there are two things we can all consider as we move into the holiday break. First, sometimes the best decision you can make won’t be popular or understood by others, and that’s okay. While it’s wise to consider their feedback, you’re ultimately the one who has to live it out, so make sure you’re making a decision you can live with. Second, the pace of life is blinding, and it’s only getting faster. Given that, make sure this season you’re not so busy going through the motions, you forget to focus on what matters most. Tomorrow is never guaranteed, so make the most of today.

As we reflect on this year, it's undeniable that we have experienced a multitude of moments, both positive and negative, that have shaped us into who we are today. We have been through a rollercoaster of emotions, facing various challenges and triumphs along the way. Whether we have grown as individuals, achieved our goals, or encountered setbacks, it is important to remember that we are fortunate to be alive and healthy. In this upcoming New Year, let us harness the strength within ourselves to not only better our own lives but also to make a positive impact on the society we live in. It is crucial that we use our experiences, knowledge, and skills to empower not only ourselves but also those around us. By acknowledging our own strengths and capabilities, we can inspire others to do the same and create a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment. The holiday season is a time of joy, love, and connection. It is an opportunity to reflect on the things—good or bad during the year and set intentions for the year ahead. As we exchange season's greetings with our loved ones, let us also extend this sentiment to the wider community. It is through unity and compassion that we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This coming New Year, let us approach it with gratitude for the lessons learned, the growth experienced, and the opportunities that lie ahead. Let us embrace the challenges that come our way as opportunities for personal and societal growth. Together, we can create a world where everyone has the chance to thrive and reach their fullest potential. Season's greetings to all, and may this New Year bring us the strength, resilience, and determination to empower ourselves and make a lasting impact on the world around us.
