Here’s how we consistently drive an increase for better quality leads for our client: Experimenting. Sometimes in business, playing it safe feels like the easiest option. But ultimately this is what leads to a lack of growth and development. At Candyspace we’ve adopted a ‘test and learn’ culture to ensure we are constantly innovating and giving the best results possible to our clients. For Mazda, we recently used advanced behavioural analytic tools such as Contentsquare & Google Analytics to track not just clicks, but also hover times on specific buttons or content items. Using our research and A/B tests we were able to implement a new UX which delivers better on the clients' strategic objectives. The results: 🚀 46% increase in “test drive” form completions 🚀 15% decrease in bounce rate 🚀 16% increase in users viewing used car stock online Experimentation and innovation are incredibly important to any business - it’s how you grow.

#buildinpublic : The Last post regarding my GenAI post creator product was 5 days ago. I have been working on the design and UX for the last few days. As we have other products - Reporting & Demand forecasting - a decent amount of time goes into its sales and development in those products. Still, the name is not decided, should freeze that same by the end of this week. #productupdates #genai #contentcreation #linkedinposts

Synchronous front-end analytics is often overlooked by business and product teams, due to myopic obsession over measuring lagging indicators like onboarding conversion, unique visitors, CTRs, and more. However, this approach can be detrimental when things break, and no one has visibility on why. Don't wait for judgment day to hit! By organizing an event dictionary of all screens and action labels and creating simple reports on impressions, progressions, and CTA clicks, you can preempt potential UX issues and measure the quantum of friction. Don't let analytics be an afterthought - it's built for addressing problems before they occur.

Validate new product ideas by aligning business goals and market needs. We’re digging Jory MacKay’s six-step process for validating new product ideas to ensure they meet real user needs and have a market potential. His guide emphasizes the importance of validating ideas to prevent future failures and maximize the chances of success. Check out his post: https://lnkd.in/g_6hZmZU His steps are: 1. define goals, assumptions, and hypotheses 2. align the product idea with the business strategy 3. assess the market opportunity 4. stress testing the concept with real users 5. create prototypes and mockups 6. build, test, and iterate an MVP Helio is a great way to assess the potential of your ideas and learn from a targeted audience. Here’s how you can use Jory’s framework with Helio: Define goals, assumptions, and hypotheses ↳ Survey potential users' needs and pain points. This data can help you define clear, data-backed goals, assumptions, and hypotheses for your product. Align the product idea with the business strategy ↳ Conduct a targeted survey to gather insights from stakeholders and potential customers and determine whether your product idea aligns with broader business objectives. Assess the market opportunity ↳ Create surveys to test market needs and customer preferences. You can also use Helio to analyze competitive positioning by gathering data on competitor products from your target audience. Stress test the concept with real users ↳ Launch usability tests using screenshots, interactive elements, or videos of your product concept to gather feedback on user experience and potential pain points. Create prototypes and mockups ↳ Share visuals of your prototypes or mockups from Figma to gauge user reactions and collect qualitative feedback on design and functionality. Build, test, and iterate an MVP ↳ Continuously test your MVP by collecting user feedback. This will inform necessary iterations and improvements based on real user data. What techniques does your team use? #uxresearch #productdiscovery #marketresearch #productdesign

Growth is created with incremental and consistent optimization of your existing features. We recently came across an article from Ken Rudin that emphasizes the importance of optimizing existing features for accelerating growth rather than constantly adding new ones. He introduces the ARIA framework, which stands for Analyze, Reduce, Introduce, and Assist, to systematically increase engagement with key product features. Check out the article: https://lnkd.in/g8Vcr_ZE We love it. Companies can drive significant growth by analyzing usage data, reducing friction, introducing features in context, and assisting users in their journey. Ken gives examples of how the framework has been successfully applied in various tech companies, highlighting that enhancing current features often yields better results than launching new ones. Here are the steps, including ways you can use Helio: Analyze ↳ Examine how users interact with existing features to identify areas for improvement. Use Helio to gather and analyze user feedback and behavior data on existing features. Surveys and usability tests should be conducted to understand how users interact with the product and identify pain points. Reduce ↳ Simplify the user experience to minimize friction points that hinder feature usage. Test various design changes and improvements with Helio to reduce friction. Collect data on user interactions to see which changes lead to a smoother experience. Introduce ↳ Introduce features contextually to users when they are most likely to benefit from them. Use Helio’s concept testing capabilities to experiment with different ways of introducing features contextually. Gather user feedback on the effectiveness of these introductions. Assist ↳ Provide guidance and support to help users understand and utilize features effectively. Use Helio to test the effectiveness of different forms of user assistance, such as tooltips, guides, and tutorials. Collect feedback to refine these aids and ensure they are helping users effectively. #uxresearch #productdiscovery #marketresearch #productdesign

🤝 Relatability builds relationships and trust. We leverage analogies on landing pages to help visitors relate. Landing pages must build both logic and emotion into the buyer journey. We comfort reason-minded visitors with hard statistics confirming your excellence. Meanwhile, we use analogies rooted in shared experiences to nurture connection on a personal level. For example, likening your rapid analytics to the instant feedback of pressing buttons in a busy crosswalk. Visitors intrinsically understand that immediate cause-and-effect confirmation, envisioning how your real-time reports help them course correctly right when they need it. We reference cultural touch points like popular movies or tech to tap into schemas visitors already developed. This familiarity helps them quickly grasp concepts that may otherwise seem abstract like algorithm optimization and predictive migration. Our analogies transform your otherwise foreign solutions into something recognizable and relatable. And people inherently trust what feels relatable. By rooting messaging in shared reference points, our landing pages help your brand feel less like a cold startup and more like a friend visitors have known for years. #attention.cx #landingpagedesign #landingpageux
