100 days, much to be proud of 100 days ago we completed the buyout of TD Cowen’s Continental European M&A business. Since October 2023 we have closed 5 deals with a total EV of more than EUR 500m. Two examples are Ineratec's Growth Financing, a monumental USD 129m deal facilitating a 1,500x production increase and our sale of Magdeburg-based pure-systems to the listed US software group PTC.
