AlphaBrook engaged with the decision makers behind this effort and inquired of them whether this opportunity is in the pre-RFP stage. They replied, “That’s accurate. You’re correct.” We then asked if the RFP release may occur around Q4FY2024, given that we have not found evidence of an RFP release. They confirmed, “I would say it’s fair to expect it [the RFP] in the next quarter [Q4FY2024].” The successful bidder will provide Agile software design and development, DevSecOps support, documentation and management of business processes, relational database design, software testing, debugging, feature development and integration, and workflow solutions for the eRA system. Most of this work is anticipated to consist of maintenance and enhancement of existing systems, though the development of new systems may also be performed under this contract.
