This year, we are sponsoring our first ever Wallin Education Partners Scholar, Samira. Through the Wallin Scholarship Program, we are supporting four years of Samira’s college education. In addition to financial aid, Samira receives individualized advising and access to community and internship opportunities through the program. “I know other people that don’t have this type of support system, so it always makes me grateful for this opportunity,” Samira said. “I am able to gain so much insight, connect with different people, and meet people in other fields that I may want to explore. I am appreciative to Allianz for being my sponsor.” We are thrilled to be working with Wallin as one of our #AllianzForTomorrow community partners, and are excited to continue to support Samira through her academic endeavors and career preparation. In terms of professional development, I certainly do believe that we, as experienced professionals, have a moral obligation to prepare the next generation for the world they are preparing to navigate and lead. We have significant generational divides in our society that can be reduced and mitigated with intentionality and investment. Mr Jones perfectly captures this with his point about teaching young professionals how to partner, build, develop, and construct. I know many leaders around Kansas City who invest heavily in mentorship, supporting wonderful internship and scholarship opportunities. These are the bricks upon which our future is built.

As the CUET results are about to be declared, many aspirants are feeling anxious about whether they will get into their dream colleges or courses. However, it's important not to get dishearten if things don't go as planned. While it’s often believed that top-tier colleges provide more exposure, the reality is that the exposure you gain largely depends upon your efforts and participation. I've observed friends from average colleges achieving more exposure and success than those from prestigious colleges. The key is to be actively involved and make the most of every opportunity that comes your way. Networking, participating in extracurricular activities, and doing internships can significantly enhance your skills and expand your horizons. Often, the most valuable lessons and opportunities come from unexpected places and experiences. Remember, your college experience is what you make of it. Always strive to turn every opportunity into a stepping stone for your future success. #cuetresult #delhiuniversity #sggscc

Esports in Education | Connecting Gamers with Collegiate Programs 🌍 | Author 📖 | University Lecturer 🎓
As Steven Bartlett aptly put it, “If a city has a million people and you are in the top 10% in ten different skills, combining these skills effectively makes you the number one in your industry.” 🏆 During your time at university, focusing on skill stacking can significantly enhance your future career prospects. The skills acquired from your degree, personal branding, public speaking, building global relationships, and achieving goals as a student player or coach can be honed through university programs and activities. By combining these diverse skills, you will stand out more effectively than if you excelled in just one area. Universities offer a rich environment for skill development. Through diverse coursework, extracurricular activities, internships, and networking opportunities, students can cultivate a well-rounded skill set. By becoming proficient in various skill sets during your university years, you position yourself closer to the top of your field. Embrace the power of skill stacking and make the most of your university experience.
