Early intervention can prevent these issues from worsening, potentially leading to more severe conditions. Psychologists offer a confidential and supportive environment, allowing your child to express their feelings and thoughts openly. Seeking professional help also underscores the importance of mental health and well-being within your family, reassuring your child that they are not alone in their struggles and that there is a path toward healing and resilience. 🌍 On World Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health Day, ACTG reflects on the vital role of mental health in the growth and development of our youngest generations. This day highlights the need for early intervention and support services for children and young people. Mental well-being is fundamental to overall health, particularly through the formative years of infancy, childhood, and adolescence. ACTG is honoured to provide services that respect and nurture this significant period, aiming to build resilience and a foundation for lifelong happiness in our children and adolescents. As we observe this meaningful day, we focus on elevating the dialogue about mental health, dismantling stigma, and recognising the power of mental health services. #ACTG #MentalHealth #HealingHopeChange
