This week marked a historic double comeback for UBS in Spain: not only are they back to support us on our quest to bring the America's Cup home, after 2003 and 2007, but it was also the first officially UBS branded event in Spain since their acquisition of Credit Suisse.
In order to celebrate these milestones, Benjamin Cavalli and Alejandro Velez hosted an event at the base of Alinghi Red Bull Racing in Barcelona.
Guests spent the day exploring the base and the history of the team as well as the competition and participated in a thrilling on-water experience.
To finish off, we were joined by Silvio Arrivabene, Co-General Manager of Alinghi Red Bull Racing, and Paul Donovan, Global Chief Economist of UBS Global Wealth Management, to learn not only about what it takes to win the cup, but also what is coming next in geopolitics and economics.
A winning partnership between us!

3wReal time, original data is often the most illumining. Sadly Paul I am not allowed to buy a boat. My wife believes I would only come home to restock on beer and sandwiches. She's not wrong.
