Parental leave for all, right? It shouldn't be a punishment for moms or something that scares dads away. Think of it as an investment in your fam - more bonding time for everyone, and happier employees when you get back. We gotta ditch the whole "primary caregiver" stuff, too. Parental leave is about sharing the responsibility, no matter what your family looks like. Inclusive policies are key here! Interesting report for employers and some shocking stats from employees like follows: -Almost two-thirds of working mothers report their career promotions have been blocked  -Working mothers are four times more likely than working fathers to miss negotiated pay raises.  From an employee perspective if any of these resonate with you perhaps it is time to look for a move and we'd love to hear from you.
