Anne Lurie was a great woman. Her personal insight into the human condition, and selfless dedication to making a difference in science and medicine, is realized today and everyday going forward for patients, nurses, scientists, physicians, and most of all for children. May her heart and spirit be with all of us as we try to help others with these most personal struggles.
