Head of Sustainability at Mercedes Benz Motorsport

To mark the beginning of the 2024 F1 Season this month, I had the opportunity to share my thoughts with Economist Impact on how Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team are leveraging our global platform to drive sustainable innovation. Formula One has the potential to be a transformative force in shaping a sustainable future and we recognise the role we can play in addressing some of the biggest challenges we all face. As a Team we are dedicated to creating a legacy of positive change and setting new standards that inspire action beyond the racetrack. We are at the outset of our journey and have a vision to become one of the most sustainable professional sports teams – integrating sustainability into every aspect of our operations and every decision we make.
