Three young apprentices have been welcomed into our Yorkshire depot. Welcome Danny,Dan and Brandon, these three shall be shadowing our crews working from our Yorkshire division, learning from the beginning,starting with the grass route foundations of Roadmarkings, being inspired and tought by some of the most experienced lining operatives in the industry. Premier amongst other contractors have notices a significant shortfall in the skills sector of Roadmarking operatives coming through the system, the marking generation average age is getting older and to counter that we have advertised for some younger people to upskill from some of the best in the industry. This showing our commitment to training and investment in the next generation and future, as we experience continued growth in the roadmarking sector. As one of the market leaders in the uk these young persons can ascertain the skills in all operations,experiencing from the variety of clients ranging from National Highways, local authorities,and the private sector. They will be working in three man crews thus ensuring that the everyday pressures are minimised to the actual crew whilst they share the knowledge and skills, also ensuring that there is no impact on our quality and performance to our clients, whilst we take the time to show these young persons the ropes to a very lucrative career.
