Today, I had the incredible opportunity to spend a morning and lunch with the legendary chef Ferran Adrià, whose revolutionary approach to gastronomy has redefined culinary art. Spending time with Ferran Adrià was a reminder of the power of passion and creativity in shaping the future. His legacy is not just in the dishes he created but in the inspiration he provides to dream big and think differently.
