The reason why I am posting this is not just for the reasons that these drivers give.. I've spent years on the road for work, and I want to emphasize the importance of allowing drivers, like sales teams, technicians, and maintenance staff, to focus on safe driving. "Urgent" emails can wait until they reach a safe location to respond, with designated response times to balance work and safety. Let's prioritize safety over immediate responses. External Sales Representatives and your Technicians and your Maintenance teams are on the Road DRIVING 🚗 do not put pressure on them to respond immediately. Allow for them to get to their destination safe and those around them safe. I have had to write ✍️ far too many emails over the years and speak with individuals on this topic, including customers. I am not perfect in this aspect, but do believe I am better than before and I've invested in the hands free so people can call if "Urgent". #leadershipresearchtruth #safetyaboveallelse #Ladyofsteelconsulting #noemptysuitshere

It's completely natural to feel concerned when your teenagers start driving - believe me I am in the thick of it! It's a significant milestone in their lives and yours, and safety is a top priority. While you can't be with them in the car at all times, there are several steps you can take to help ensure their safety on the road but most importantly we need to model Good Behavior: Be a role model for safe driving. Your teenagers are more likely to adopt safe habits if they see you consistently following the rules of the road. Remember that while you can't control the behavior of other drivers on the road, you can equip your teenagers with the knowledge and skills they need to make safe decisions. Open communication, education, and consistent reinforcement of safe driving practices can go a long way in easing your fears and promoting responsible driving habits in your teenagers. Share this video with everyone! Teenagers are not the only ones who can learn from this story!
