Friday gratitude… I love hustlers. People who grind it out every day with excitement, humility and a positive attitude. That’s Taylor Allen to a tee. No task is ever too big or too small for Taylor. No win is ever going to inflate his head and no loss is ever going to slow him down. Dude is the definition of a hustler. I like to think I’ve taught Taylor a thing or two over the decade we’ve worked both together and in parallel across the beverage industry but the reality is he’s taught me way more. I’ll only take credit for knowing he was a beast before he did. Everyone should hope to have a Taylor Allen a phone call way and I’m incredibly grateful that I do. Keep killing it Taylor!

The Surprising Key to Winning Them Back" Hey there, friends! 🌟 I wanted to share something real and raw with you all today. You know, we've all been through our fair share of ups and downs in relationships, and there's one thing I've learned that I wish someone had told me sooner. The Mistake? Trying Too Hard, Too Fast. Yeah, you heard that right. It's natural to feel like you want to do everything in your power to win back the person who means the world to you. But here's the catch - sometimes, in our eagerness, we come on too strong. We flood them with emotions, grand gestures, and promises that might feel overwhelming. So, What's the Secret Then? It's all about finding that balance between showing your genuine feelings and giving them the space they need. The journey of winning someone back isn't a sprint; it's a marathon. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes showing them through consistent actions that things have changed and that you've grown. Real Talk: Not Every Story Has a Hollywood Ending Let's keep it real, though. Not every relationship is meant to be rekindled. Sometimes, the best way to show love is to respect their decisions and give them the space to move forward. Winning doesn't always mean getting back together; it can also mean growing personally from the experience. So, if you're on this journey, remember - it's a delicate dance. A dance that requires timing, understanding, and most importantly, authenticity. And if you need help implementing that balanced approach, comment "HOW" in the comments, and I'll be sure to reach out with that info. Stay strong, stay patient, and keep that heart open. ❤️ #LoveAndGrowth #RealTalk #JourneyOfTheHeart

For the devil to win he doesn’t need to defeat you… He just needs to distract you. He just needs to get you to say “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Then tomorrow never comes. If he can distract you from focusing on your family or growing closer to God. He wins. He doesn’t say: “Ignore your family.” He says: “Stay at work a few more hours.” On of the first steps to clarity is eliminating distractions. What distraction do you need to eliminate?

WORKING THROUGH THE SH!T 🏴☠️ Problem = your attitude starts to slum it. The demons start howling like the zookeeper just walked through the BIG CAT cages with a stack of bloody steaks 🥩. The howls echo off the sides of my skull. My brain 🧠 vibrates at a high intensity. I start to do what I do best. Shutting down, backing off the intensity. Painting my new mask- you know the one- the one with the smiley face on it. The one you put on real quick when someone asks, “Hey bro, how are you?” You flash the smile and say all good here man, hells🔥 bells 🔔 couldn’t be any better… Inside you are like- I’m at the bottom of a barrel labeled - dumb f🏴☠️ckery. Listen- I didn’t have a plan when I started typing this out. This isn’t my best side. There are those that will say opening up like this is pathetic and weak. That you don’t stop ever and that if you embrace or identify with any kind of weakness you yourself don’t deserve a seat on a throne. Well, I’m tired of hearing that. So let me be CLEAR. Champions are built from scars. Champions have at one time wallowed in the deepest of sh!t and traveled through the darkest of hells. Remember this and - Embrace those around you that are struggling don’t you DARE cut them out. For you are no better… …and all that does is push those broken and beaten away to a place where none of us want to be…. orrrrr if will plant a seed of competition that you will wish you have never planted because…. One day those you abandoned due to your skewed outlook will come from the shadows and the crowds will start to cheer their name as champion, NOT YOURS. 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️ CREW- glad you are here. Life is life, business or not, life doesn’t care. So let me ask this. Today how will you help those around you that are struggling. You know who they are. What you gonna do about it. As always- stay strong, stay hungry, just do and give no quarter.™️ 🤘🏻🏴☠️ #family #innercircle #leadership

🎭 Reflecting on Chaplin's Wisdom: Life's Dual Perspectives 🎭 Today, I came across an image that captured a profound Charlie Chaplin quote: "Life is a TRAGEDY in close-up & COMEDY in long shot." This got me thinking about the dual nature of our experiences and the power of perspective. In the thick of challenging times, life can indeed feel tragically overwhelming. Yet, when we step back, with time and distance, those same challenges can transform into stories of resilience and moments that can even bring a smile or a laugh. This perspective reminds us to take a step back from our immediate troubles and view our journey from a broader perspective. It teaches us resilience, the ability to laugh at ourselves, and the importance of finding humor, even in dark times.🤔 How do you perceive the ups and downs of your life when you look at the big picture? Have you ever looked back at a tough time and found a reason to smile? I'd love to hear your thoughts and stories on how changing perspectives has altered your view of past experiences. #LifeLessons #CharlieChaplin #Perspective #Resilience #ProfessionalGrowth #habitize #habitizeclub #life #lessons

🐰 Ever come across the saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover"? This meme of two rabbits and their carrots is the perfect depiction of that! In the world of instant gratification, it's easy to get caught up in the surface-level indicators of success. We see the 'Carrot Tops'—flashy cars, big houses, and all the trappings of a "successful" life. But true success, just like the massive carrot hidden beneath the soil, often lies beneath the surface. It's the hard work, resilience, and grit that aren't always visible to the naked eye. So, how do we adopt this mentality in our daily lives? 1. Value the Journey, Not Just the Destination: Celebrate the small wins and the lessons learned, not just the big achievements. 2. Seek Substance Over Flash: Recognize the depth in people, projects, and ideas rather than just their surface appeal. 3. Be Genuine: Authenticity is more valuable than a façade. Don't be afraid to show the hard work and dedication behind your successes. Remember, just like these rabbits and their carrots; there's often more than meets the eye. Let's challenge ourselves to see beyond the 'Carrot Tops' and appreciate the depth and richness that lies beneath. 💪🥕 #SuccessIsNotAlwaysWhatYouSee #DeepRoots #BusinessInsights

“I’ve got myself in a bit of a pickle”, said my client when I asked him how he was doing. Have you ever done that? Got yourself into a pickle? I know that I have on more than one occasion, when you feel like you’re caught in the middle of a situation and you don’t know what to do about it. You go back and forth, over and over the situation without any way of finding a solution. What’s the saying? ‘Can’t see the wood for the trees’? You feel lost and so you go into panic mode, “How the hell did I end up here?”. That’s a very good question, how did you? Ask that question without condemnation or shame or guilt and you’ll find your answer. If you retrace your steps you’ll figure out what was the key moment, the key decision that led you to the pickle you find yourself in today. Figuring that out is just the first part, the next part is to understand why. When you understand the ‘why’ then things become clearer, now you can see the wood despite the trees, now there’s a path to getting out of that pickle. The path will more than likely be the thing you’re most afraid of, the thing you weren’t willing to do before you got into a pickle. They say that courage is the fastest way to change anything, it also feels like the hardest because it’s painful. Here’s the thing though, aren’t you already in pain by being in a pickle? You’re in pain when you can’t see the woods for the trees, you’ll stay in pain while you don’t take action. Steps for getting yourself out of a pickle. 1. Accept that you’ve got yourself into a pickle. 2. Forgive yourself for getting into a pickle. 3. Take responsibility for the part you played getting yourself into a pickle. 4. Be brave and take responsibility for getting yourself out of a pickle. Keep your pickles in a jar and out of your life.😊 #healyourheart

Forget boring events. We're the confetti cannons of cool, blasting brands into life across the nation.
I just spent the weekend dancing, crying, and high-fiving my way through Business Mastery with Tony Robbins and a few thousand other passionate business owners. It was an intense experience fueled by the collective energy of owners chasing their dreams and refusing to give up. One major theme that resonated through the program was persistence. He drilled into us that persistence isn't a sprint, it's a victory dance. And guess what? My moves are getting good. (Thanks, Tony!) Let’s really consider it! Mel Fisher searched for sunken treasure for 16 years before striking gold (can you imagine year after year, dollar after dollar searching the sea only to come up empty! - for 16 years?!), Walt Disney got rejected by 300 banks, and Colonel Sanders received 1009 “no thank you’s” before KFC found its way onto every block corner across America. These are not just stories about endurance, but a testament to the power of vision. These men saw their dreams as a belief, and no amount of obstacles or challenges could shake their certainty. Inspired by their spirit, I’m doing something I normally wouldn’t do. :) A sort of warning that I’m about to unleash my inner gladiator and flood your DM’s with requests to collaborate on your next in-person event. 😅 My team and I are eager to work with you and we’re not taking “no” for an answer! Your turn: Have you ever heard "no" so many times it started sounding like your ringtone? Maybe it's your own inner critic putting a stop to things. How did you overcome this? And while you think about it, let's remind each other that dreams don't drown in a sea full of rejections. They learn to swim like sharks. #NeverGiveUp #PersistencePays #DreamChasers #TonyRobbinsMadeMeDoIt
