“Financial Controller” is required for a Mutational Engineering company located in Sheraton Heliopolis Responsibilities: ·Develops and analyzes information to assess the current and future financial status of firms ·Establishes procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping · Evaluates data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets. · Evaluates financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and makes recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions ·Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments ·Supervising accounting, consolidation and closing activities related to accounts payable and inventory accounts to ensure accuracy of accounts · Uploading payments to Banking platform · Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. ·Maintaining optimum cash levels, managing local relationships with group-authorized banking   institutions ·Supporting business in evaluating business proposals with a view to maximizing returns whilst minimizing risk. Maintaining our relationship with the banks accordingly. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for various treasury reports and analysis. - Support the treasury team in monitoring and managing foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks. - Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records related to treasury transactions. - Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including cash flow statements, treasury reports, and other relevant financial documentation. - Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives as assigned.
