In my role, I conceptualize, design, and manage all types of projects. Projects can be as small as adding bins and conveyors, or as large as all new production facilities. ❓ What drew you to work at Kalmbach? I grew up working in my father’s small business, and then spent the first fifteen years of my career working for large corporations. I was looking to get back to that small family business feel and have found that here at Kalmbach. In my role I know and can go to the President for answers or purchases without waiting for the weeks of red tape that I had experienced in the past. ❓ What is something you’ve learned about Kalmbach since joining the team that you think makes our organization special or unique? From day one, I found the leadership here at Kalmbach to be transparent and have a willingness to communicate openly even as I was brand new to the team. ❓ Why should someone consider joining the Kalmbach team? Kalmbach is a growing organization, and this is a company where team members can come to grow if they have the desire to do so.
