𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭. . . 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫! We recently completed our H1 review, closely examining our progress toward our company goals. Our CEO Alexander Antoniou introduced new strategies and set the course for continued success and improvement in the second half of the year. It was also a fantastic opportunity to reflect on some individual achievements from our team 👏 🌟Chloe O'Shea – Promoted to Associate 🌟George Higginson – Promoted to Senior Associate 🌟Gabriel Roberts – Highest performer in H1 When you reflect on the goals you set at the beginning of the year, how are you progressing? Even if you are behind on some targets, it is important to not move the goal post, but to focus on what changes and implementations are necessary to achieve them.

“Look what they’re doing! We should do that too!” 🙅🏻♂️ That’s how it always f$&@ing starts. *Mission creep is the enemy of clear vision and rapid action.* It’s tempting. Tempting to look at the shiny new topic and try to sink your own claws into it. Tempting to be first to embrace a challenge. But if it doesn’t serve your mission and vision?!?! That’s when you have to be brave enough to just say no. It’s ok to want to pursue something new and exciting. But build and manage your scope thoughtfully - or you’ll end up working for someone else’s to-do list.

On the job, never ever treat tasks with levity, never make out tasks to be rocket science - so convoluted, intricate and complex - as if only you can perform them. Instead, take every task as very important- as if it could define your career. Meet the task assignor at the same level of intensity they expect of the delegated task. Make problem solving as simple as possible. Why? There are others in or outside of the organisation who may match your energy or out-compete you on task delivery and productivity. All things being equal, pushing yourself to be a better, more productive and more efficient version of who you were the previous day, month or season is THE way to stand a chance at 'keeping your jersey' on any team.

🏆 Answer is: DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY 🔥The question: Why do the top performers keep hitting those top numbers quarter after quarter, year after year? Few are willing to put in the work to get there, while everyone dreams of bagging that 💰💰. The top performers in any field have one thing in common: CONSISTENCY! ⏰ Sure, luck can play a role, but if it's all about luck, why do they keep crushing it year after year? 🤔 These successful individuals mastered the art of doing the basics right, day in and day out. 🎯 If you're a new agent, listen up! There's a proven process to follow, and you've got to trust it. Because guess what? It works! ⏳ Yes, it will take time, but if you keep at it, the results will blow your mind! 💥 🌟 Embrace consistency, trust the process!
