Today is World Hydrography Day! 🌊 Hydrographic surveying involves measuring and mapping underwater features. Our fleet of vessels remains mobilized with high-resolution sonars and high-accuracy positioning and orientation systems to meet a wide range of applications, including supporting dredging operations, facilitating site characterization, investigating submerged hazards and debris, and measuring general bottom conditions. This critical work helps ensure safe navigation, benefits engineering, and design and supports marine construction. Ella will be graduating with a landscape architecture degree. What part of the AKS internship program are you most excited about? “Learning about the process of taking a project from start to finish and seeing how everyone works together in a multi-disciplinary firm to complete projects with extremely wide scopes!
