Great working with our partners FNZ Group, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Genesys, and ThoughtLab on our recent Global Wealth Study. The study delved deep into the strategies, products, and business models of investment firms to understand how they are adapting to meet the ever-evolving expectations of investors. In this video, I highlighted some of the key insights from our report, providing a glimpse into the changing preferences of investors. Make sure to check it out Here are a few trends that caught my eye: 1. Accounts in Motion: A staggering 56% of investors are considering switching providers within the next three years. This highlights the imperative for investment firms to continuously enhance their offerings and deliver exceptional experiences to retain their clientele. 2. Retirement Products: As investors plan for their future, there has been a significant increase in interest for retirement funding products such as pensions (+7%) and annuities (+11%). This is an opportunity for firms to develop new solutions that cater to this growing demand. 3. Specialization of Advisors: 63% of wealth executives believe that advisors will become more specialized in order to meet the changing preferences and demographics of investors.
