Proudness. When I walk through my production lines, I see our operators show dedication and ownership to create high quality pads and bags. In case of machine failure - inevitable in production - there is collaboration between Operator and Technician. Together they do not accept less than perfect product according to our Quality standards. When I see such a line running again, producing high-quality Senseo, I am proud of our people and products. And thus take such a bag to put on my desk - to remind where I am here for. ⁉️If a surprise second part is needed to fix the vehicle, is it the shops responsibility to pay for the first part? 🤔 Yes. Also no. Sometimes a technician makes a genuine mistake. Technicians are humans capable of human error. When the shop makes a mistake, the shop (should) cover it for the customer financially. Sometimes a technician makes a discovery. Technicians can’t see into the future. So when they make a repair, maybe a new battery for example, they will start the car after the installation to find a bright and shiny ABS (Anti-Lock Brakes) light on. The technician in this scenario could not have known about the ABS light until the battery was replaced. In this second scenario the customer would be responsible for the battery and the diagnostic into the ABS if they choose to investigate it. Why? Because the battery was certainly bad.
