Until you get the basics right this is just icing on a mud cake, when you can't feed all the passengers, make rude and inappropriate comments to your customers, fail to get to destinations, who really cares if you spend your money on refits.

Pity you can't help people who are overseas with travel issues like myself right now as your online messaging service is a complete shambles even when chatting to a human 🤔🤔🤔 completely unhelpful and a massive let down to this airline overall. Gold Elite means absolutely nothing in my opinion. No way of calling a help center whilst on a cruise ship other than chat and all they respond with is , "call the call center" Disgraceful service and nobody seems to give a flying ffff ,excuse the pun! If you can be bothered Air NZ , please personal message me
