Today, we were excited to welcome WellMed Medical Management members to tour some of our downtown facilities! We’ve partnered in the past with this fantastic organization as well as their charitable organization, WellMed Charitable Foundation. Their efforts have directly supported Aging True in providing critical care to seniors in our region. During this tour, we were also presented with a very generous donation to help support our Nutrition Delivery efforts in Northeast Florida! We are beyond grateful for this contribution and look forward to partnering more in the future as we continue providing essential and innovative services to our community’s senior population. #jacksonville #partnership #seniorcare #nonprofit

It's an unfortunate reality that drug abuse across the nation is on the rise, resulting in an increased number of overdoses each year.
