Agero, Inc., for months we have been informed in numerous emails that acceptance is no longer a factor in choosing a service provider for your customers, but on the performance metrics in your own portal, call acceptance is the first metric listed with its definition. If call acceptance is no longer a factor, shouldn't call acceptance be removed as one of the metrics you factor in?
