We have employment gap with lowest unemployment rate and attracting talents from other countries is a must. AI is not a game changer, people who possess unique skills to develop AI is game changer. Be brave to reorganise your organisation. Are we playing in local or global league? Change of mentality, behaviour is crucial. Pool of talent is your assets. Math and logic skills are very high in Poland and yet Poland was not on short list for AI competencies. Our role is to build a new narrative and value proposition for future investors. Try things and form your opinion based on data! Great beginning!
