Joined by Wendy Landry, Éric Boutilier, Eric Miller and host, Steve Paikin, Josipa discussed the challenges Ontarians face with public transit and why only 20% of Ontarians use public transit as their primary source of transportation.

I recently joined a group of dedicated Canadians who all worried about mobility and public transit across Ontario as part of TVO's The Agenda, where we discussed the challenges Ontarians face with traveling within the province.
While there are bright spots, we can look at a city like Tokyo where 80% of its citizens take transit and see that there is still much room for improvement in Toronto and across Canada where the opposite is true and less than 20% of citizens take transit regularly. Where car culture and car-based urban design predominates, our economic productivity declines and atrophies.
