It’s #NationalinternDay, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate all 138 of our interns! They joined us this summer from 59 schools and had some incredible opportunities supporting our company, including meeting #Artemis II astronauts Christina Koch and Victor Glover 🚀🌙
It's an amazing company to work for and they will take care of you! As they did when my house burnt down in November 2018 in California! Aerojet Rocketdyne came to me and assisted in unbelievable ways! I owe this company so much in Thank You's!!! I never asked for help; they came to me me and gave me aid/assistance and much needed help! I love this company and will never forget the help they gave me!!! ❤
Aerojet Rocketdyne designed and produced for Saturn V F-1 engines, RS-25 for Space Shuttle and had experiences of the variable nozzle rate of aerospike. It it time to develop it further and use it on next Moon Landing Layout from SL to LEO.
Always be looking for opportunities to grow, improve, and level up. My experience has taught me that aerospace is at every extreme level of engineering and STEM, space is hard, and even small project budgets are massive in scale, starting in the hundreds of millions and quickly escalating to billions. Where I feel any goal is achievable, if not YOU, then WHO?! But within reasons, it should be understood that it is an out-of-this-world experience and goal. If you want to be larger than life, BE larger than life. My approach to career advancement is deliberate, consistent action: taking small, intentional steps forward that continuously move you closer to your ideal outcome, then meeting it, reevaluating it, and aiming higher—REPEAT - CANI "Constant And Never-ending Improvement". When looking for careers, internships, or jobs, ANY experience is the right experience - just get started. Remove yourself from the volumes of endless applicants; put yourself in front of people with comparable skills and interests; immerse yourself in the task and experience; do amazing work; and let it speak volumes about your goals and intentions. Wow, your customers and supervisors, so letters of recommendation or referral are natural. Keep knocking on those doors until you are too big or valuable to ignore or overlook. I believe if you are fully committed to your purpose when action is the prime input, results are a matter of "WHEN" not "IF". Michael Fogg borrowed with appreciation and admiration.

As part our (NEMMALURI JYOTHI SAI SAROJA) internship, We explored the fascinating world of near-Earth objects (NEOs) or asteroids that are potentially dangerously close to Earth. For this project, a correlation matrix had to be analyzed in order to determine how different NEO properties related to one another.
In the matrix, the correlation coefficient between est_diameter_min and est_diameter_max is 1, which is not surprising since these are just two different estimates of the same property. The correlation coefficient between relative_velocity and miss distance is 0.33, which means there is a weak positive correlation between these two variables. This means that NEOs that are moving faster relative to Earth tend to have larger miss distances. The correlation coefficient between absolute_magnitude and hazardous is -0.37, which means there is a weak negative correlation between these two variables. This means that brighter NEOs (lower absolute magnitude) tend to be less hazardous.

🌟 Proud to be an alumnus of the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration's community college program, NCAS! My journey with NASA has been nothing short of extraordinary. From delving into the rich history and groundbreaking future of space exploration to being at the forefront of the actual work being done today, every moment was a revelation. 🚀
💡 The experience taught me that building competencies is the most effective shield against imposter syndrome. The more you learn and grow, the more your confidence soars. To anyone embarking on this journey or in the midst of it, my advice is simple yet powerful: Stay the course! The universe is vast, and your potential is limitless. Let's explore the cosmos, one innovation at a time. 🌌

Our Summer 2024 internship applications close on Feb. 2, 2024. 📆
Here are ten things you can do now to get ready for a future internship at NASA: https://lnkd.in/e44dM74K
🌑 The Moon is a destination of interest that can enable humanity’s space exploration efforts and developments in space. But the thought of returning to the Moon still presents today enormous challenges that require careful spatial planning and management.
What are the steps the science community needs to take to create a spatial development framework to appropriately determine the locations for future lunar landings?
This is the challenge Ivan Sánchez Alva sought to address in his master’s thesis internship with ESRIC, as part of his studies at the University of Luxembourg. In his six months with ESRIC, Ivan explored the geospatial factors determining the location and spatial development of lunar landing pads necessary to enable a sustained presence on our natural satellite. His research was supported by Dr Abigail Calzada Diaz and Dr Markus Hesse.
🌟 We wish Ivan a stellar career ahead!

Question is not Why #NASA, rather Why not?
I have seen lately a lot of people with the status Opened to work and posts on job seeking.
Ladies & gents, I think it is worth looking at those opportunities, who knows, one of them might be the door who openes a sky full of other career options.
