I hope it suffices the purpose:- 1:SAP Certified in S/4HANA ✔ (OK). call of the day 2: Strong knowledge in S/4HANA , any modules and its integration with other components within SAP (FI / CO / MM / IM / TRA / EWM / TM). ✔ Now days client asking for too much as working on cost cutting. As job description is prepared by HR persons which have less knowledge about SAP S/4HANA. Grip on 2 modules is acceptable with integration knowledge of other modules. But strong knowledge on all means "jack of all trades master of none" 3: Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus. ✔ agreed 4: Experience/exposure of show & tell workshops, SAP best practices. ✔ There is no access to SAP Best Practice Explorer since June 30, 2023 as per SAP latest policy, which I believe. 5: Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology. ✔ Additional plus point but must be familiar with ASAP(accelerated SAP methodology)also. 6: Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution  ✔ yes , may be with public vis a vis private cloud also. 7: Experience in S/4HANA conversion processes and implementation projects ✔ conversion- brown field implementation is call of the day. 8: Nice to have ABAP Debug skills (not mandatory) ✔ yes accepted, 9: Experience in business process configurations and testing of process scenarios. ✔ required 10: At least 2-4 full cycle implementation/rollout experience and/or involved in implementation of any modules and experience as power user. ✔ agreed . but now its a custom that client & SAP business partners dont ask for MTOs/internees rather straight away jump over to mid level consultant.
