Don’t forget that period supplies are school supplies. We’re proud to donate to schools within our Clark County School District, charter and private schools. This is just a small sample of the schools we’re proud to donate to. 1 in 4 girls miss school each month because they don’t have period supplies. Let’s help all students stay in school all month long, even when they have their period. PERIOD #endperiodpoverty #period #marilyn #periodposse #periodsuppliesareschoolsupplies

Summer should be a time of discovery and growth, but transportation barriers often stand in the way for many youths in our community. They need a lift to reach literacy camps, theatre programs, sports camps, and math corps camps—vital opportunities for their development. That’s where our M1 Mobility program steps in, and we need your help to make it happen! Here’s how your donations can directly impact the lives of these young people: 🚗 Expand Service Reach: With your help, we can ensure over 2,500 rides this summer, allowing more youths to access essential learning and growth opportunities. 🚗 Support Consistent Access: Reliable transportation ensures that no opportunity is missed due to lack of a ride. 🚗 Build Brighter Futures: Every ride is a step towards acquiring new skills, enhancing education, and forging stronger community ties. Your support means we can drive forward, not just by giving a ride, but by investing in the futures of Pontiac’s youth. Let's help them get where they need to go and grow! 👉 Donate today and fuel their journey to success! https://lnkd.in/ejsJcBx9 Let's drive positive change together! Youth and Senior Programs: These range from after-school programs for kids and teens to activities that help older adults live well and independently. Education & Learning: Offering English language and adult literacy classes to ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed. Revitalizing Neighborhoods: Leading projects to renew the Pine Brook section of Scranton, making it a better place for everyone. The Impact of Your Support: 10,036 families were assisted last year. More than 40,000 bags of food were distributed in 2023, a 63% increase from 2022. 1,369 older adults enjoyed educational and social activities in our five Senior Community Centers. 7,560 individuals received health care support, with 2,000 accessing services for the first time in 2023. 6,883 children were served throughout our agency in 2023, an 18% increase from 2022. 414 individuals from 65 countries benefited from our English, literacy, and citizenship classes. 166 people were helped with job readiness and workforce training. 123 teens engaged in our free after-school enrichment programs. 22 home improvement projects were completed in the Pine Brook section of Scranton. 54 local vendors supported our year-round farmers markets.
