What does resilience mean? Is it a significant value one must have in fast-paced environments, with constant changes and innovation at every step? The answer to the question is YES. It helps in facing difficult situations positively, learning from them, and using those experiences to become better and more prepared to handle future challenges. At the same time, resilience encourages creativity so they can mutually reinforce each other. The theme is debated inside the Annual Leadership Summit hosted by the North Carolina Technology Association (NC TECH) TECH, where the discussions explore valuable insights and strategies for how innovation and resilience can strengthen companies and cultures.
