CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK IS UPON US!!!! 🤗 My team and I are so excited to spend all of next week visiting and congratulating as many Charlotte companies as we possibly can for their customer service team's dedication and hard work all year long. I wanted to share a few additional tips you can do to show your team how grateful you are for them! This is truly our favorite time of year and would love to celebrate your team members! Give the gift of time. Consult with your HR and legal departments for this one, but if approved, encourage team members to log off early on a Friday to show your appreciation for their efforts and offer additional time off or extra vacation days for jobs well done. 4. Provide new opportunities. Ask employees to mentor others and introduce new leaders to management. Promote from within and encourage team members to pursue growth opportunities in the company. 5. Offer a monetary reward. Award a one-time bonus or financial incentive to individuals or teams who meet specific goals or metrics.

Before the end of Q2, I want to hurry up with the news from the previous quarter. Our recent launch of the internal recognition hub really highlighted how important it is to foster motivation and a positive culture among the team. Back before my knee started acting like it was 200 years old, we would play basketball. She's a complete badass at almost anything involving lifting weights or sports. 🚫 She loves being a part of a team and doesn't love "me" players. One thing I've come to appreciate about Brittany is that she's the ultimate team player. As long as you're on HER team... I don't recommend being on a sports/court opposite her! Without BP, the trains would fall off the tracks. Literally. 🚂 🛤 💥 There are never enough opportunities to recognize our incredible team members for the indispensable work they do. My company makes an employee recognition service, so we better be the best at it ourselves. And yes, we’re nailing it. Let me tell you my personal story. I believe in our company’s vision more than anyone else, but honestly, there were times when I felt overwhelmed. I saw all the things I want to do, but also saw myself not being able to do it all, or do it well enough. On those days, I felt down and cranky. So, what did our team do about this?
