I am biased 😄, but this is easily the best office experience I have ever been to. It took a lot of thought, time, and coordination from our team at SimpleTire and our partners to get it done. I’m personally proud to have been a part of this unique project.
During the pandemic, SimpleTire transitioned to a fully remote work schedule and adopted a talent-first approach to hiring, regardless of location. With employees coming into the office only on a need-to basis, SimpleTire turned to our team to help bring their new Philadelphia Experience Center to life to make their in-person moments count. The design features six unassigned desks available for use when needed. The open, collaborative area accommodates a diverse range of workstyles with soft seating, conference tables, benches, and bar-style areas. Environmental graphics within this space celebrate employees and can be switched out to highlight teammates’ achievements.
