Short yet impactful and well-written. Pretty standard lessons broken down into 18 chapters, but the personal stories add unique perspective. Hadn’t picked up a leadership book in a while, and I’m glad I gave this one a read. A good reminder on the tenets of servant leadership and to troop the lines. Biggest takeaway is that leadership is challenging … but it isn’t complicated. 3.5 stars
