🚀Poka-Yoke” which translates to “mistake-proofing”🚀 It is used to improve product quality in manufacturing. The process involves creating a physical mechanism to prevent errors during assembly. The image shows the process is being used to manufacture a variable capacitor. ⚡Here’s a breakdown of the steps involved: 📌Soldering: A terminal is soldered onto a potentiometer terminal. 📌Terminal: A bonding process is used to secure the terminal in place, likely to prevent tubing from falling out during later stages. 📌Bonding: A stopper, labelled “(2) Terminal Stopper” is placed on the terminal, most likely to prevent components from being installed incorrectly in the next step. 📌Wire and Tubing: A wire is inserted into the terminal, and tubing is routed around the terminal. 📌Inspection: The variable capacitor is then inspected twice. Why PCBA cleaning is necessary? During PCBA processing, solder paste and flux will produce residual substances. The residues contain organic acids and decomposable electric ions. The organic acids have a corrosive effect. The residual electric ions on the pads can also cause short circuits, and these The residue on the PCBA board is relatively dirty and does not meet the customer's requirements for product cleanliness. It will also affect the stability of the PCBA board, so PCBA cleaning is very necessary. PCBA cleaning is one of the important processes necessary for electronic assembly. For products of different grades, the flux used and the processes they go through, the cleaning agents, equipment and processes required are also different. Most PCBA cleaning equipment manufacturers have released cleaning equipment and cleaning implementation plans, and first detect and analyze the residual debris after the manufacturer's welding, and then provide targeted system cleaning solutions. There are fully intelligent online cleaning equipment, semi-automatic offline cleaning machines, manual cleaning equipment, etc., which are suitable for full water-based (cleaning with ionized water), semi-water-based (cleaning with organic compound aqueous solution, such as saponification solution) and All-chemical pipe cleaning.
