As an industry we often talk about what creates a positive culture within a company. Traditions like these give you insight into what builds culture here at Champion.
At Champion, our holiday season sparkles with cherished traditions, and the New Hire Ornament presentation is a standout. Each year, we welcome our new team members who add a personal touch by presenting an ornament that reflects their unique identity or interests. This heartfelt sharing is more than a ritual; it's a celebration of our growing family. As these ornaments find their place on the Champion tree, they symbolize the diverse and rich tapestry of our team. This endearing tradition warms our hearts and brightens our festive season, year after year!

CEO, Hatch Ideas and Hatch Africa | Experienced Creative Business Consultant, Independent Producer, Project Developer and Project Manager
Even if it’s raining - embrace the summer spirit 🎊 Last month we hosted our company Summer party as a way to thank and celebrate our clients and partners. I love a party, so it was a natural thing to do, but the feedback from our clients and partners was so touching and postive that I thought I’d share why I think a summer party is so important. 🎉 Strengthen Relationships, Celebrate Success: Why a Company Summer Party Matters! 🌞 1️⃣ Building Strong Partnerships: By fostering camaraderie and connection in a relaxed setting, we deepen relationships beyond business, leading to increased collaboration and mutual success. 2️⃣ Client Appreciation: Inviting our clients to join in the festivities shows our gratitude and strengthens loyalty, while providing an opportunity to better understand their needs. 3️⃣ Memorable Experiences: Well-planned activities and entertainment create lasting positive memories, reinforcing our company's association and sparking future opportunities. 4️⃣ Collaboration and Networking: Bringing stakeholders together encourages valuable exchanges, potentially leading to collaborations, referrals, and partnerships. 5️⃣ Boosting Employee Morale: Recognizing our team's hard work and dedication at the summer party creates a positive work environment, enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth. Let's draw on the spirit of summer, celebrate successes, and build stronger relationships together! ☀️ #CompanySummerParty #BuildingRelationships #ClientAppreciation #Collaboration #EmployeeMorale

Two people that you see in this wonderful video made by tiket.com are our Blind and Deaf Mentees: Zaenal and Fauzi. This interaction and collaboration truly fills my soul! I am so proud of both tiket.com as a company and its employees (our Mentors), but also the interns (our Mentees) for making it happen. Together they break the glass ceiling: employing, embracing, accepting and working with persons with Disability! Because even though Disability employment has progressed in recent years, we haven't solved all problems yet. According to 2020 data, there's only 28.6% of PwD in Indonesia that work in the formal sector. Therefore through our Leadership & Inclusive Training (LIT) programs, Yayasan Helping Hands is creating a concrete and sustainable ecosystem that connects special education schools and companies. We are working with various stakeholders to ensure that students with Disability are getting the knowledge, skills and real experience that are needed to thrive and succeed in the 21st century. It's easy to say that disability should not be a barrier to achieve success, but it's harder to accept that it should not be a barrier for all of US to achieve success TOGETHER. This is my invitation for us to see what we can do as an individual and company to open up work accessibility to PwD. The time is now, and the right person is you. #ChampionForInclusion Lastly, a special appreciation to ka Dudi Arisandi, our awesome LIT Mentor who's been a true #ChampionForInclusion in leading tiket.com to walk the talk of diversity and inclusion.
Embracing the spirit of this season in the office with a joy-filled celebration!🎅🏼 Our workplace was buzzing with warmth and happiness with a week filled with yummy treats, exciting challenges, prize giveaways, and especially the heartwarming Braille challenge with our intern Zaenal and the Sign Language challenge with Fauzi from Yayasan Helping Hands. It's a joyous thing and creates a holiday atmosphere that sparkles with happiness✨#HAPPYattiket #MerryChristmas

Revenue system strategy for B2B Healthtech Founders | Scaling revenue for healthtech brands to achieve explosive revenue growth
I started my career as a marketing associate (SDR if you will) and I remember this week having some great traditions "What the hell is this place?" was my thought. (Yes we were office based at 2445 M street) I was making $30k/year living in downtown DC with my 2nd week being: - Offices turned into dance parties - Lunches delivered for everyone on the 7th floor - "The pit" where we all lived with "pods" (2-3 associates jammed in a cubicle) decorated for the MA competition - Revenue voicemails recorded with songs and sent to the department to celebrate contracts - The gong getting hit - Very little cold calling or emailing getting done - An exec riding around on the Cruisin Cooler handing out beverages (true story) - The bottles of Veuve Clicquot that stood as trophies for MA on their shelves getting popped - Day themes like wear your college sweatshirt - Celebratory happy hours - An extended lunch with some Christmas shopping in Georgetown This isn't to necessarily advocate for one way to celebrate colleagues over another. Although I'm definitely still prone to malarkey and shenanigans But I will say that this reminds me of the importance of culture and connectedness. And, tradition. These we were ways to get everyone involved in celebrating EoY success. It also ensured the people with the hardest jobs, marketing associates and marketers (sellers), stayed around. Of course chase those contracts but with revenue down across the board, may be worth celebrating everyones effort this year. #closingweek #sales #marketing #ABCholidayparty

Have you ordered your holiday merch yet? Here are a few reasons why this is a band wagon you’ll want to jump on. Strategy: Starting the conversation with your Brand Specialist now leaves times for strategy. With more time to play with, we can help choose the perfect product to help you achieve your objective. Production Timelines: There’s a huge influx of orders that come in at the same time, and you don’t want to be one of them. Ordering early ensures you’ll have gifts in time for your festivities. Stock: More orders means a higher likelihood that somebody somewhere is ordering the same product as you. Make sure there’s enough for everyone on your list—yes, even the intern. If you need ideas, check out our Falliday Lookbook and connect with us ASAP to talk swag: https://bit.ly/47ZZOIm
