Participated a Book Speed Dating the other day during National Training Week (NTW) where i shared about this book: Start with why, written by Simon Sinek Which he highlights the importance knowing the purpose, cause, or belief in everything that we do. The Why is so important that it will determine what we do and how we do things. If we highly focused on the What while the Why still unclear, it may lead to a meaningless action, do for the sake of doing, addressing the wrong goal/issue, and could very easily becomes irrelevant. Im thinking of companies like Kodak and Nokia which they did nothing wrong but focusing too much on their What (product). Correct me if im wrong. And Interestingly, in The Forty Hadith of Imam Nawawi, the #1 Hadith is about the Why where the Prophet Muhammad PBUH said “Actions are according to intentions…” To me this something profound which even in Islam, It emphasizes the importance of understanding your purpose before anything else and your actions are driven by your intentions. All in all, know your Why/intention, correct it if it were for the wrong cause, and translate to your action and see how it changes the result.

You have been believers so long now that you ought to be teaching others. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things about God’s word. You are like babies who need milk and cannot eat solid food. For someone who lives on milk is still an infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right. Solid food is for those who are mature, who through training have the skill to recognize the difference between right and wrong. Hebrews 5:12

Teaching Is Not Easy. To Dive in to those little minds, plant the concepts, the sounds, the letters what so ever what we want to teach. Have you ever Dropped your shyness, keep Your real Self away and Be a dramatic Queen to dive in to These little minds? But Why a Drama queen!Well well Early Years is all about Stories, rhymes, poems along with play and exploring. Letting My students to understand a math concept using an act while all were engaging, enjoying and building up curiosity and enthusiasm to find out own solutions for their problems in Big and small concept, was a super lesson for me. I personally live in my lessons along with my students. The concept I tried to plant within them rather straight introduction such as today we are going to learn, I created the environment where they want to know and learn about it. Once done the CT the concept introduction I focused on my focus group and the rest were in a mission to solve their own curiosity about big and small. 🙏

He who speaks strong words to the man who laughs at the truth brings shame upon himself. He who speaks strong words to a sinful man gets hurt. Do not speak strong words to a man who laughs at the truth, or he will hate you. Speak strong words to a wise man, and he will love you. Give teaching to a wise man and he will be even wiser. Teach a man who is right and good, and he will grow in learning. (Proverbs 9:7-9 NLV)
