I had lot of hopes from the world specially America, I expected a lot of fairness. I was hoping America will make the world more fairer place. I experienced that America influences the world culture in many ways. My hope was America will change the world like them. In America there is way for a small person/business could grow big because America gives those options for growth to people. Around the world in other countries, you will see only few industrialists run the whole countries business. They become very rich and do not allow any small/new businesses to grow. When people come to America they experience a fairer world in America. However there is culture change, I noticed that consolidation of vendors to 2 or three vendors are making similar business situations like non-American countries where two or three companies are grabbing the market suffocating other businesses in America. What I notice is that the culture of business from around the world is influencing America more than America influencing the world to bring the change in the world to make it a fair world. America should make sure private sectors, public sectors and government sectors are all not consolidating vendors. This will end fair competition and restrict growth of new businesses. This will give raise to dynasty businesses and that will lead to politics of rich and powerful than the politics for the benefit of the people. It can lead to many challenges and lead to change of quality of life in America. America must pay attention that the culture of America is retained. Otherwise, the beauty in life will end because fairness will end. In my view life isn't beautiful when there is money. I feel life is beautiful when there is fairness and good quality of life for all children that are born in the soil. There shouldn't be difference in child born to rich man and poor man. When everything is driven by economics then there is no true love on earth. When there is no love on earth and only opportunities that's the biggest disaster for the future generation. Then we will not be able to teach good values to our future generation. The day we teach our children deception and competition than teaching the good values and fairness. That day will be the most disastrous day on the planet. By free trade when America opens its borders for the world's strongest business people. America must understand that they are also inviting the problems created in the world by these strongest business people. The world culture is not as fair as America and the more economic imbalance is there due to a reason. In my view a country is like a home. When we allow people to enter our homes, we see whom we are inviting and what culture and value they bring and how they impact the thought process of the family members, specially most vulnerable in family. We are not because of our economics but our value system. Culture is formed by how business is done. Culture is formed by how people are handled.

Each generation inherits the responsibility of protecting and nurturing the founding principles that have allowed America to thrive. This is not just a post with a long text to read; this is a piece of my heart ❤️ and a story about how women can excel despite the challenges and rejections. On this International Women's Day, I share my journey, not just as a story of personal triumph but as a testament to what we, as women, are capable of #overcoming. My journey began loooong time ago, when I left the familiarity of home a year after high school, with my heart heavy and dreams in tow, to start anew in the United States. It was more than just a change of scenery; it was a complete overhaul of my life. The path was fraught with challenges, from the sting of loneliness to the arduous task of proving myself in a foreign land. Each fall taught me #resilience, each setback made me #stronger, and each doubt fueled my #determination. Choosing change countries - again, drifting away from dreams, and embracing a new me to specialize in international business law with a focus on international space law and tech law was met with skepticism. "There's nothing for you there," they said. But the voice inside me disagreed. Entering the space industry, I was told, "You don't belong here; you're not one of us." Yet, I didn't just belong; I thrived. Bridging the gap between the #space and #quantum industries, I faced doubts and dismissals, "Who do you think you are? You're not a scientist." But here I am: My name is Malak. I have traversed the globe, faced every challenge head-on, and reached the heights I aspired to. #Intelligence, #strength, and #achievement define me. 🙏I once sought victory to prove I could; now, I strive for success because I am an agent of change🙏 Is it over?
