Want To Change Your Life? Change Your Attitude. It’s no secret that humans see more of what they don’t have than what they do. But if you are intentional about putting a stop to that practice, you will unlock a happiness that you’ve never experienced before. Here are some tips to get you started: 1. Make friends with change. No matter how many times we hear that change is inevitable, many of us have an instinct to resist it. Now is your chance to embrace it. Keep learning. Stay curious and remain open to new experiences. 2. Credit the people around you. If you want to be surrounded by great people, make sure to acknowledge their greatness. Be generous and genuine with compliments. You may be surprised how people rise to a challenge when they feel empowered. 3. Encourage success. A rising tide lifts all boats. By spreading your positive attitude to those around you, you’re setting yourself up for success along with your colleagues. Positivity is contagious, so be the one to start the wave – it’ll come back around to you just when you need it. 4. Gratitude is the key. Gratitude is a crucial part of any path to success. And it’s pretty hard to be negative if you’re busy being grateful. Whether it’s your family, your health, or quality time spent with an old friend, appreciating the things that are going well in your life will invite other good things and keep you on the path to success. Great morning reflection thanks to Vitamin B for Business book by Andy Bailey.

Keep stacking those wins, and before you know it, you'll find yourself on an unstoppable upward trajectory, feeling happier and more fulfilled. However, it's crucial to remember that sustaining this transformation requires daily commitment. Consistently making the right choices and sticking to your new positive habits is paramount. If you slip back into old patterns, you risk falling back into that familiar rut. Let today mark a turning point in your journey. Break free from the chains of quiet desperation and take control of your life. Embrace the power of habit evaluation, pattern interruption, and small wins. Extraordinary Life!! Is it possible to live an extra ordinary life? We are enduring a life of mediocrity, struggle, failure and regret and the main reason is lack of awareness, lack of recognizing our potential, lack of self belief and taking those small steps to come out of our comfort Zone. We all want to live a life of freedom, where I get to wake up and do what I want, when I want, and with whomever I want and truly love my life, my work my relationships etc. But this kind of life doesn't just happen it must be designed. Identify the causes of mediocrity and start designing your life. 1. Find your soul's/ Life's true purpose. It can be anything that inspires you to wake up every day and live in alignment with your purpose. Your purpose can be as simple as how better my version is compared to my yesterday's version. No purpose is big or small. 2. Committed discipline: Don't fall trap to easy things in short term. Go for right things which will have a lasting impact on your future. Look for the consequences in the long term. It's easy to snooze the button of alarm clock as most people mistakenly assume that this action is only affecting that particular moment but the reality is this type of action is programming our sub-conscious mind that it is okay for us to not follow through with the things which we truly want to do more in the day. 3. Lack of Accountability: The link between success and accountability is undeniable. All successful people embrace a high degree of accountability. It gives them the leverage that they need to take action even when they don't feel like it. Very little happens in this world or in your life without some form of accountability. The best way to enforce accountability would be to get an accountability partner. Your family member, friend, colleague anyone can be an accountable partner. You will see miraculous results in whatever task you are up to. Other points I shall discuss in the trailing Post. Till then do let me know what steps you are taking to make your life extra-ordinary!! 😙 It's 1st of July six months are remaining for this year to end let's give our best shot and be consistent on this journey called "LIFE"

FELLOW MOMS... WHICH ONE ARE YOU? . . Are you allowing life to happen to you or are you actively creating your life? 🤔 For most of my life I fell in the 'Allowing life to happen to me'...now I am trying to change that AND change that thinking in my 10year old son. We are not taught this and at times it doesn't seem intuitive. But it is a GAME CHANGER!! Did you know one key factor that differentiates successful people from everyone else ➡ Successful people actively participate in the creation of their lives. Most people are just existing: ☢ Breathing, heartbeats, and other basic bodily functions occur without conscious effort ☢ Reacting to external stimuli (e.g. heat, light, noise) is automatic and reflexive ☢ Focused on survival and fulfilling basic needs (e.g. food, water, shelter) ☢ Stuck in repetitive routines without much change or growth ☢ Lacking a sense of purpose or meaning beyond basic survival ☢ Little or no sense of self-awareness or introspection High achievers don’t settle for mere existence–they’re actually living: ✅ Conscious and intentional effort to make choices and decisions that shape their life ✅Responding to external stimuli with intention and deliberate action ✅Striving for personal growth and development, beyond just fulfilling basic needs ✅Embracing change and new experiences to expand one's worldview and knowledge ✅Seeking meaning and purpose in life beyond survival and basic needs ✅Have a sense of self-awareness and introspection, which leads to personal growth and self-improvement 👉 Successful people function as the designer of their life. 👉 They take radical responsibility for themselves and their lives, regardless of their circumstances. Are you existing, or are you living? Comment below 👇 EXISTING or LIVING!!

I want to encourage someone this morning with some words I came across while doing some study last week. The path to success is personal, it's a lonely road that all must follow. So as you go on that path, you must keep your happiness alive as you will need it all the way. So many are struggling and not happy. The reason you are not happy is because you lack clarity. The reason you lack clarity is because you lack focus. The reason you lack focus is because you lack purpose. The reason you lack purpose is because you lack courage. The reason you lack courage is because you fear failure. The reason you fear failure is because you prioritize what others think about you. You are not lazy or lacking the skills to get you from where you are to where you ought to be. So this Monday, this March, this first quarter of 2024 rise up in your mind, read 10 books in the next six months, implement, and take massive actions. I believe in you.

"Once I get that promotion, I'll be happy." 🌟 "If I just had more time, life would be better." ⏳ "I can relax when I finally hit this next business milestone." "I'll be happy when..." 😊 Sound familiar? It's a common thought, especially this time of year. This thought pattern is called the Arrival Fallacy. The Arrival Fallacy, a term coined by behavioral scientist Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, is a misleading belief that reaching a certain goal, “x,” will be our ticket to lasting happiness. It convinces us that upon this achievement, our quest for fulfillment will be complete, allowing us to finally relax and savor life to its fullest. 🚀 But there’s a reason why it’s called a fallacy: it doesn’t actually happen that way. ❌ Why not? Let's look at Hedonic adaptation. 📊 Hedonic adaptation, a term coined by Brickman and Campbell in their 1971 study, refers to the human tendency to quickly return to a relatively stable level of happiness despite major positive or negative events or life changes. This means that the joy we anticipate from achievements often diminishes faster than we expect, leading us back to our baseline happiness level. 🔄 With the new year right around the corner and many of us setting goals, we're left wondering, "how do we break free from this cycle?" Well, you have two options: 1. Don't set goals. I could do a whole post about this one. But, for now, just know that choosing not to set goals is a viable, valid choice. 2. You can Embrace, Express, and Envision. Let me explain: 🛤️ Embrace the Journey: Find joy in each step towards your goal. It’s about the growth and experiences along the way, not just the trophy at the end. 💖 Express Gratitude: Regular doses of gratitude can counteract our tendency to adapt to positives. It's about relishing what we have now, not just what's next. 🌱 Envision Success Holistically: Expand your definition of success beyond goal completion. Include personal growth, relationships, and well-being in your success equation. By taking steps to avoid the Arrival Fallacy and hedonic adaptation, we're not just chasing shadows of happiness. Instead, we're embracing a journey that's rewarding in itself, finding deeper satisfaction in the now. 🤗 ✨✨✨ Let's start right now! ✨✨✨ What are you grateful to have achieved or experienced in 2023? ====================================================== Ben-Shahar, T. (2007). Happier: Can You Learn to Be Happy? New York: McGraw-Hill Education. Brickman, P. D., & Campbell, D. T. (1971). Hedonic relativism and planning the good society. In M. H. Is there a secret to happiness? I certainly think so. It has taken me a long time to learn certain "truths" about life that have helped me both personally and professionally. And understanding some of these has helped me to live a happier, more fulfilled...purposeful life. 10 Life Lessons that have helped me live my best life: 1. You can't please everyone. 2. When people show you who they are, believe them the first time. 3. You don't have to attend every argument that you are invited to. 4. The best revenge is...NO revenge. Move on. 5. Stop taking everything so personally. 6. Don't stay in your comfort zone. Explore, grow and discover your true purpose. 7. Life is not always easy, but every day that you are still breathing is a blessing. 8. Not ALL money is good money. If it doesn't feel right...don't take the money, don't take the client, don't do the deal. 9. Growth is ALWAYS necessary. There is no end destination. The journey continues. 10. Worry either comes too SOON or too LATE. Some lessons are easier to learn than others, but the hardest lessons can be the most life changing. Anything that you can add?

Life can be tough, and it's often necessary to confront harsh truths to navigate it effectively. Here are a few: 🔥 You're Ultimately Alone: Despite relationships and connections, you are fundamentally responsible for your own well-being and decisions. No one can live your life for you. 🔥Failure is Inevitable: No matter how hard you try, you will fail at some point. It's a part of growth and learning. Success often comes after multiple failures. 🔥Change is Constant: Everything is impermanent. People, situations, and feelings change. Embrace change and learn to adapt, or you'll be left behind. 🔥You Can't Control Everything: No matter how much you plan or strive for control, there will always be factors beyond your control. Learning to let go and accept uncertainty is essential. 🔥Life Isn't Fair: Bad things can happen to good people, and vice versa. Fairness is a subjective concept, and the universe operates without regard for our sense of justice. 🔥You're Not Special: While you're unique and valuable as an individual, in the grand scheme of things, you're not inherently more important than anyone else. Humility is key. 🔥You'll Experience Pain: Emotional and physical pain are inevitable parts of life. Learning to cope with and grow from pain is crucial for personal development. 🔥Time is Limited: You have a finite amount of time on this earth. Wasting time on things that don't matter or waiting for the "right moment" can lead to regrets. 🔥Success Doesn't Equal Happiness: Achieving goals and accumulating wealth or status doesn't guarantee happiness. True fulfilment comes from within and often involves relationships, personal growth, and purpose. 🔥Death is Inescapable: Ultimately, we all will die. Confronting mortality can be unsettling, but it can also inspire you to live more fully and authentically. Like and share if you love this post...

One major defining factor that separates those who hope for a better life and those who have a better life is - CHOICE. It is their choice which help them get the life they want for themselves. By choosing the things that take them towards their success. Remember : it's not the circumstances that decide your future , but the choice of yours how to react in that circumstances . Life’s challenges come in all shapes and sizes, but there is always something that we can do differently to change what we are currently experiencing . Whether someone is super successful or struggling to survive, the quality of their life depends on their choice to control their thoughts, actions, and beliefs in the direction they want to shape their life. So be choosy with your choice. So that you can live the life of your choice. #choice #life #success #lifechallenges
