I could not have said this better, nor could I have given a better acceptance speech than the one Fiona Dykes, SHRM-CP gave. The only thing Fiona missed was the recognition of herself, which I'm only too pleased to do. Fiona is the engine that drives our community commitment and Highlight Cares program. Congratulations and thank you to Fiona, Chris McCormick, and every employee owner at Highlight for their selflessness and drive for servant leadership. #MakingOurMark #HighlightCares
HighlightCares has been recognized by ACG National Capital and the ACG community as the recipient for this year's Community Service Award! This recognition truly belongs to our employee owners who donate their time and talents throughout the year with us. A special shoutout to Chris McCormick for her efforts - I'm in awe at her capacity for service and grateful to work alongside her. I also have immense gratitude for the amazing organizations like Women Giving Back, Inc. and ECHO that we have the honor of collaborating with. We're grateful to play a supporting role to amplify their missions and incredible impact. Cheers to many more years of impactful service! 1moPhil Jackson once said “The sign of a great player is how much he elevates his colleagues' performance.” Since Aarish Gokaldas has become our CEO, it is very inspiring to see the successes and increased performance the staff at Highlight have achieved. Also kudos to Fiona Dykes, SHRM-CP, Chris McCormick, and everyone that makes HighlightCares happen.
