For those curious about Florida real estate there is one hidden gem left remaining in the coveted gold coast from Palm Beach to Miami and this gem is a city called Pompano Beach. This city is going through massive updating and vitalization. Billions have been committed and projects are already in process like this residence below (Salato). The Ritz Carlton Residences, Solamar, Waldorf Astoria Residence Towers and the new Harrahs Casino project are just a few of luxury developments that have either been completed or are in the process. Prior to these developments (2021) homes on the IntraCoastal were trading around $900,000, now they are $1,600,000. New condos were averaging $700k now they are $1.7m. Existing Condos can still be a good buy but be weary of the impact of the HOA legislation. The new condo projects are truly delivering a rising tide which raises all boats.
