During a two-week test, an electric truck covered over 2,200 km, reducing emitted greenhouse gases by 3.9 tons. FABIAN SZMURŁO, Domestic FTL Product Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, Piotr Winiarski, Fleet Development Manager at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, - refield., after the success of the first stage of the retail park in Pasaż Warmiński, is commencing the second phase of the investment. An additional 3,500 sqm GLA of modern retail space will provide customers with access to even more stores. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. The Panattoni Park Poznań XI logistics centre in Poland has been sold to an unnamed specialist investor for €92.5 million. https://lnkd.in/gQvqM8EA The fully commercialised complex in Żerniki just outside Poznań consists of two buildings. The tenants are international supply chain management companies DHL Supply Chain and Arvato. The Panattoni Poznań facility has been certified under BREEAM with a rating of Excellent, but for three of the assessment categories — Water, Waste as well as Health & Wellbeing — it received the highest rating of Outstanding. Our Business Garden campus in Poznań sits both in the city center and on its outskirts. Paradox? Not quite: the connection to the very center of the city is no more than a fifteen-minute ride by car, bus (there are several bus lines reaching the complex, and the stop is right in front of the office), one of four tram lines or by bike (there are numerous bike paths in the immediate vicinity of the Business Garden connecting the facility with virtually every part of the city, and there are stands, changing rooms and showers for cyclists), and the connection with the outskirts is a short walk to a picturesque forest or a ride to the lake. The campus guarantees convenient access to any part of the city: ten minutes to the Old Town and three minutes to the city stadium.
