Second 7R Green Saver Construction Underway! 7R Green Saver is a warehouse characterised by its operational low carbon footprint and savings on running costs. The tenant of the BTS facility is a Polish branch of the Eberspächer Group – a global automotive supplier. The building will meet all the criteria of 7R Green Saver product line: ✔ Minimum of 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions, ✔ and a 70% reduction in primary energy demand, compared to buildings constructed in accordance with Polish building regulations. ✔ Savings on operating costs for the tenant generated through energy-efficient solutions. ✔ Designed to achieve BREEAM certification at the highest level Outstanding. - We have implemented a number of technical adaptations, e.g. increased the lighting to 12.5%, improved the quality of ventilation, increased the insulation of walls and roof, applied heat pumps and a BMS system. The building will be equipped with an electric car charging station and ground-mounted photovoltaic panels - Magdalena Kostjan, Business Development and Leasing Director at 7R. - We chose 7R Park Przylesie because of the excellent location and the professional and highly personalised approach to the BTS production project, such as the internal divisions of the production hall for our processes.
