It’s Pride Month and the 4A’s and 4A’s Foundation is happy to announce our collaboration with Do the WeRQ. Do the WeRQ is a community and platform with a clear and important mission: to increase LGBTQ+ creativity, representation, and share of voice in the marketing and advertising industry. In pursuit of this mission, Do the WeRQ creates and leads a range of initiatives including research and data solutions, insightful programming and networking opportunities including with  some of the industry's most talented and proudly out thought leaders. Do the WeRQ just launched a historic survey for LGBTQ + Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) -  and we need your support spreading the word to the lead of the LGBTQ + ERG at your organization. Together, we will assess the purpose, resources and needs of LGBTQ + ERGs to better understand how to effectively and intentionally support LGBTQ + members.  To learn more, visit dothewerq.com
