Luck.
When we win - we tend to assign skill
When we lose - we tend to assign luck.
The reality?
There is always both - making preparation fundamental. #preseason
Circumstance meets skill and that dynamic alchemy competes and that produces a result. Luck is the quantum by-product of the data we cannot measure in the moment.

So many baseballs. So much practice. So much repetition. To get the swing down. To get the stance right. To put the ball in play the best way. Stance, set, swing, repeat.
Whatever the drill is. Repetition and practice.
Not unlike professional development or working on skill set growth. Identifying ways to get better, each day. Through trial and error. Practice and commitment. It doesn’t happen overnight. It happens with time, investment, real time coaching and a mindset to keep on going.

I guess the reason why this will be one of my favorite Ted Talks is because I can well place myself in the shoes of what she is talking about.
Grit creates tough mind and builds character. It’s dealing with a fall 7 times but learning how to get up 8. Those are things you will not see on paper. Many successful individuals and professionals learn more from their failure than more of winning. So never be afraid of failure. See opportunity in adversity. It’s what separates one from the other.
We all are given different set of exams. Life’s test is the most difficult one yet. You will be tasked to create your own set of formulas, your own approach and strategy, and you have to pass it at your own accord. You can ask for assistance but you will be responsible for facing it on your own. Like in any test, you can look up for inspiration, you can look down for desperation, but never look on both sides for information. If you want to win in life, eyes on your own paper.

We need three wins everyday,
- A physical win (walking,swimming … etc.)
- A mental win ( learning,reading,writing…etc).
- a spiritual win (praying,meditation, reflecting..etc).
Be a complete WINNER 🏅😊.
