Managing stress can be difficult, but one way I've found to help bring a sense of calm back into my life is to take a 5-minute break. I stand tall, take some deep belly breaths and do some stretches. Taking a few minutes to do this refreshes me, gets my energy flowing and clears the space for me to refocus on the project at hand.
