Managing multiple presenters

- When multiple people are going to make presentations during a meeting, the transition from one presenter to another can be a cause of confusion and stress. Let's review some language you can use to keep things organized and minimize this stress for the presenters and the participants. It's a good idea to designate a person who will be in charge of any material to be presented during the meeting. Someone who can change from one presenter slides to another's, and then give the appropriate presenter control of them when the time comes. Ideally, this person should have everything in order and prepared before the meeting, but if you are hosting or moderating, it is also important that you clearly communicate what needs to happen next.
