- In business, small talk can have a big impact. The light and seemingly unimportant conversations you have with colleagues and fellow participants at professional events can open the doors to friendship, better working relations, and even new job opportunities. So knowing how to make effective small talk is a valuable skill. In this course, I'll teach you about making small talk from start to finish, from tips on breaking the ice to advice on how to keep the conversation engaging, and how to bring it to a close.
