Syncing a contacts list to Outlook
- Viewing contacts such as clients or vendors when they are in a SharePoint list can be inconvenient. To easily access them, consider the option to connect them to your Contacts view of Outlook. At the time of this recording, to synchronize to Outlook you must first return you must first return to classic SharePoint view. to Classic SharePoint view. Then click the List tab. In the Connect and export group, select Connect to Outlook. Confirm any popup messages that might appear. The Contacts list now appears in the Folder pane in Outlook. The name of the site is included so you can see the source of the list.
