- Many businesses start each day with a morning huddle. The manager brings everybody together, says a few words about what the day's goals are, or what could be improved on. She might share some positive praise about a specific employee, and then everybody puts their hands together and they cheer, ready for another fantastic day. You can certainly start your day and your team with a morning huddle, and it's a great way to motivate your team, but it's not the only way. Here are a few simple ways to motivate your team to serve the customer, and to do the best job presenting your business to the world. First, recognize that everybody on your team is different and everybody is motivated by different things.
