In health care, form means ensuring that facilities are safe for people and other machines. Safety is paramount and vital when building or modifying healthcare facilities. As mentioned in an earlier video, several medical diagnostic instruments and treatments involve electromagnetism or radiation. Understanding how walls and ceilings need to be constructed to insulate and isolate those conditions are crucial.
